The privilege of planning and organising retreats for entrepreneurs, while assisting them in various aspects to get their retreats out there, reflects the ripple effect of my mission: to provide platforms for expansion and growth, whether for professionals hosting or individuals joining the retreats.

I strongly believe that true growth occurs when we dedicate time to ourselves, engaging in activities that nourish our souls—be it cooking, gardening, practicing yoga, praying, meditating, reading, or taking care of our health. It's not just growth; it's healing. 

The whole journey started with me having big-time burnout symptoms… 

Working in advertising agencies for almost six years got me running for amazing campaigns, projects, clients and let’s be honest - awards and positions. I LOVED it, but burnout symptoms like dizziness, lack of focus, and struggling with simple tasks, signalled a need to slow down. I packed up and after so many years went back travelling.

I spent my time meditating, practicing yoga, jogging, staring at sunsets, spending time with my relatives and friends all around the globe. Not even being aware I was taking one until it resulted in what I perceive as my own “expansion in four directions”, the trip felt like my own personal retreat and evolved into a 360 change of my life.

I founded a retreat business hoping to assist so many in a simple act of slowing down: entrepreneurs in a way that allows them to stay in their zone of genius while I help them do what I thrive doing (organisation part!) or the their participants in their experiences of connecting back to self. The first retreat I organised was in the Azores, Portugal. That one was crafted to perfection so much so that it brought 5 new clients to my portfolio.

Working in the best creative advertising agencies in Croatia, organising productions and client servicing for over five years help me on the way. But so does my passion for quiet time, for relaxing and exploring different avenues to growth. Understanding your participants and what it takes to build a transformational offering is something I will be more than happy to help you with.

After a retreat has taken place - no one is getting out of it as the same person. That's why I am thrilled and honoured to assist you in creating these transformative experiences, or invite you to join one.

Depending on the big idea and the direction we are going for, we will invite guest lecturers, visit related places, and help you provide value.
